gpfi service is currently available in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and Rajshahi City. You can check your location in “Availability” section.

• It will take maximum 24 to 48 hours to complete the installation process.
• As soon as installation process (payment, biometric, CPE installation) is complete, you can start enjoying the Wi-Fi service.

Once a customer takes a monthly gpfi subscription for 30 days, he/she can follow these simple steps to activate OTT membership included with the plan:

1. Install ‘Huawei Ai Life’ app from Huawei's official website smarthome.hicloud.com/d/index.html (both Android and iOS) or App Store (iOS) in your mobile.
2. Install preferred OTT app on your preferred device like Mobile/Tab/TV if not already installed.
3. Login using your gpfi number in your preferred OTT.
4. You will get an OTP SMS from OTT partner (Hoichoi, Chorki, T Sports, SonyLIV, Bioscope, iScreen or Lionsgate) in “Huawei Ai Life” app while connected in gpfi network.
5. Verify your OTP in your OTT app and enjoy your free pass.
6. OTT subscription will be valid until the gpfi plan expires.

Login to your gpfi web profile with your order ID and you can start or stop auto renewal by adjusting the toggle button as your convenience.

To upgrade or downgrade your existing gpfi plan, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your gpfi profile at gpfi.grameenphone.com/login.
2. Go to “Change Plan” option.
3. Choose your preferred monthly subscription and click the Save button.
4. The new monthly subscription will be activated from next cycle.

• Any other router/CPE within the coverage of gpfi CPE can be a barrier of Wi-Fi signal. It is highly recommended not to switch on any other router/CPE near gpfi CPE.
• There should not be any obstacle (furniture, wall, large metal object) in front of the CPE i.e CPE should be placed in open place.
• Microwave ovens, Codeless Phones, Bluetooth devices should not be placed near gpfi CPE.
• Water bodies such as aquariums near CPE might absorb Wi-Fi signal and act as barrier.
